Seaside Shuffle strive to provide excellent quality products, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. To initiate a return, please ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt of purchase.

Returns: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@seasideshuffle.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning your package. Please be aware that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product received is incorrect or faulty.

Damages & Issues: We kindly ask that you inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you've received an incorrect item, please reach out to us straight away. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work quickly to resolve any issues.

Exceptions & personalised items: Our return policy does not cover certain items, this includes personalised products and bespoke items. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific product, please contact us for assistance, we'll be happy to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not provide an exchange service. The most effective way to obtain an exchange is to return your item and then make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted and the refund has been processed

Refunds: We will notify you as soon as we receive your returned item, once inspected we will confirm if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
