To initiate a return, please ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt of purchase.
 

• Returns: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@seasideshuffle.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions for returning your package. Please be aware that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product received is incorrect or faulty.

• Damages & issues: We kindly ask that you inspect your purchase upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or, if you've received the wrong item, please contact us straight away. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work quickly to resolve any problems.​

• Exceptions & personalised items: Our return policy does not cover certain items, this includes personalised products and bespoke items. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us for assistance.

• Exchanges: At this time, we do not provide an exchange service. The most effective way to exchange as item is to return your item, then make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted and the refund has been processed​

• Refunds: We will notify you as soon as we receive your returned item, once inspected we will confirm if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
